NCS has facilities in Edmonton, Stony Plain, Fort McMurray, Grande Prairie, Alberta and Fort St. John, British Columbia and provides its lift services throughout Alberta, Saskatchewan, British Columbia and the Northwest Territories.

The Fort McMurray office is located at the Ruth Lake site, between the Suncor and Syncrude plants, in the heart of the oil sands.
